  • Payment methods accepted: EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) & other payment options as specified.
  • Orders will only be processed once full payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Custom-manufactured products are non-refundable.
  • Standard products may be returned within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on payment method.

5. Warranty & Liability

5.1 Warranty Policy

  • Our products are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or external factors.
